My system got infected with the caribarena.com malware. it is asking to pay $200 to get the unlock code.I am attaching the screenshot.Please help me to remove this malware.

BTW - posting your email address where any spambot can pick it up is a guaranteed method of getting an infection or at least, a lot of spam.
Yes it appears a lot of people are posting in a lot of forums all over the world-wide web...the same people too by all appearances.
Anyone with a genuine malware invasion would not have the time to do such a thing and should know better anyway and would certainly not suddenly find a miraculous cure that they can't tell us about on any single one of the dozens of threads.
I've reported this thread as suspicious to say the least. F-Secure staff - just do a Google search for caribarena malware to see what I mean.
I have posted the same in various forums also for solution.. And atlast i found it and recovered my sytem back... thanks to all for your kindful replies....

Do you have any F-Secure Anti-virus software installed on infected computer? I can
't see it from your screenshot. If yes, is it tuned properly, meaning Real-time scanning, DeepGuard, Browsing protection, Web Traffic Scanning are enabled?
