Hello Thenu,
You might be facing a H2db corruption.
To try solving your issue, could you use the recovery tool available here.
The readme.txt included explains how to use the tool.
Before any manipulation on your Database you should take a back up of your H2db.
In order to do that, do the following:
-Stop the Policy Manager Server
-Backup the folder [F-Secure Installation Dir]\Management Server 5\data\h2db
-Start the Policy Manager ServerTo restore the Database once it has been recovered/repaired, do the following:
-Stop the Policy Manager Server
-Restore the previously backed up folder contents into [F-Secure Installation Dir]\Management Server 5\data\h2db
-Start the Policy Manager ServerThank you for your feedback on the procedure.

Hello Thenu,
If you constantly get this kind of errors even after repairing the Database, you might want to open a support ticket so that we can get a better look at the issue.
Can you also check that your server is matching the minimum requirements?
What were the results of the recovery tool? There should be a report file created once the tool is used?
Could it be that the reports weren't in a recoverable table?
Thank you.
