Our situation is a bit out of ordinary. We have a Client (International School) here in Hamburg, Germany that is using HDGuard on its PCs (OS Protection Software that does allow changes to the PC but which are gone once a PC is rebooted, goes to the original state). Under HDGuard which protects Hard Drives there is a Partition dedicated to the F-Secure so that the updates can be donwloaded and installed (it is either a D or K partition).
We have tried pushing newer Clients via PM but we are getting Errors; one of them being "policy.bkf manually edited or moved" which we have resolved by copying policy file from the Folder above.
Once we push the new client we are getting stuck on "Ready" and nothing happens after that.
Any help would be greatelly appreciate it.
