Gen:Heur.Encpk.2 (virus)
Client security 10 installed on about 110 PC mainly with Win XP Pro and some with Win 7 Pro.
I've got many of these errors because users opened e-mail attachments and then they had the infection of the subject diagnosed on different random .exe files on personal directories on disk. We could remove them only with some trouble, but I'd like to know how much are these infections dangerous and if they are really infections, because we didn't get other related symptoms.
Regards and sorry for my poor English (if you have trouble to understand, let me know),
Andrea

Hello Teiafer,
In order to clarify the nature of the infection you encountered, you might want to submit a sample to our lab.

Thank you.

Thx, I submitted it, but I lost the submission number, I know only that the submitted file was named
20131014_90004IMG.zip of about 340 Kb.

Hello teiafer,
If you haven't received any replies yet from the lab, I suggest you resubmit the sample and during the process make sure you fill in the description field with additional details. (Otherwise you will only get scan results of the file)
