Exclusion policy not honored by Client Security Premium 11.00

Policy Management Console as well as Policy Management Server 11 are installed on Windows 2012 server.
New policy settings defined in the console are not being retrieved by CS11, while the same modifications are picked up by CS10.
Has anyone else noticed that behaviour?
Unfortunately I am not getting much assistance regarding that case from F-Secure Technical Support, so I am asking this question on this forum

Unfortunately, it's hard to say anything without fsdiag report from affected host with CS11. Did you provide this report to our support? Can you share the ID of your support request?
Usually you can find some hints on what's going wrong with communication between PM and the client in client's logfile.log (could be found in ...\F-Secure\common folder).

It all started as part of SR ID:1-631674721] then continued as 1-638434078
Markku was trying to assit me, however so far we have not made any progress.
