Neshta.A virus disinfection

Hello.

 

Anyone had experience with disinfection of Neshta.A virus?

We had a case where customer tried to disinfect systems infected with Neshta.A and claimed that:

- F-Secure AV was not functioning properly due to virus infection

- F-Secure AV was not disinfecting files but putting them to quarantine or renaming them.

 

Anyone knows if F-secure is succesfully to remove (disinfect) the Neshta.A from an executable file or it fails and quarantines the whole file?
