Good Morning

We have a computer that is running really slow. In checking resource mon process fssm32,exe is hogging 300 MB of ram,

i have tried restarting F secure services and a reboot of the machine

Check f secure is not perfomring any scans and still the client is hogging memory.

Is there anything i can try apart from uninstall / re-install of F-secure?

I would greatly appreciate any support given

Regards

    Hi,

nothing severe in there, but please have your administrator update the systems to version 9.20.

Is it possible that the admin advised the system to perform a scheduled scan? Then leave the system running tio get it finished.
