The foreseeable PSB Java disaster struck.
Hello,
Since Oracle Java 7U51 upgrade was released last night, the FSAV PSB webportal Profile Editor will silently refuse to run under any major browser (IE, FF, GC). Customers see a false error message displayed about JRE 6 or newer missing from their computers!.
Best regards,
Tamas Feher, Hungary.

Hi Tamas,
We are aware of the problem and are currently working on a resolution. In short the problems is due to the new requirements in the Java SE 7 update 51 release. The changes scheduled for Java 7 update 51 means the default security slider will require Code Signatures and the Permissions Manifest attribute.
As we are aware of the problem and have already established what needs to be done to correct this problem. This should be fixed shortly.
Thanks
Hailan

Hi Costas,
We are currently testing internally a fixed version, once the internal testing is completed and validated we will be releasing the "fix" to the portal. Current ETA is Monday of next week, however this is not set in stone and could change if issues arise with our testing.

Any news?????
This is really annoying to say the least. We have just signed up with F-Secure and 1 day after adding our first customer we can no longer access any profiles.
This is a major headache for us as we are trying to roll this out to all our customers.
Not happy at all and lack of information is very very poor.
