the fsma service does not start after upgrading from version 8 to 9 on a windows 2003 server

    Could be anything,

     

    you better reinstall. please use the ui-tool from FTP.F-Secure.com/support/tools to get a clean uninstallation!

     

    it will remove anything that belongs to F-Secure (including policy manager if installed)!

    Be aware of a sudden reboot after a seemingly long time of inactivity!!!!

    Do not start the program twice!
