Client can't fetch automatic updates from Policy Manager
Hi!
I have had problem that Client Security 11 on workstations can't fetch automatic updates from Policy Manager server 10.
On clients fsaua log I can see that client tries to connect PMS ip address, but there is error on connection.
I can access Policy Manager web thing where you can get pub keys from workstations. I'm not using proxies.
I have tried open ports, that are assigned at PM installation (using 85, 8085, 8086) on Windows firewall on PMS.
I'm not expert on these things and I'm new to F-secure products.
Hopefully someone can help me. I'm happy to provide more information you need.

Please try to upgrade the Policy Manager to the latest version. If the issue persists after the upgrade, I would suggest you to open a Support Ticket as we would require to check on the logs to investigate on the issue:
