Bloked site, why?

Just noticed that I get bloced message from

http://ukraina-razom.org.ua/

witch is referred from

http://www.ukrinform.ua/eng/news/human_unity_chain_to_be_formed_throughout_ukraine_320080.

Can I seen from somewhere why is it blocked? Or is it some political rewasons, or what?

You can normally submit URL to our lab for review.

https://analysis.f-secure.com/portal/login.html

 

You need to sign up for an account and select URL Sample when logged in.
Once the form is filled correctly and sent, you should receive the reason of the rating for your site or the rating corrected.

If I do not know if it is safe or not, if I do not get on the page, how can I rate it to form?
