anti-virus for workstation not update with console
console has update version of virus definition
but all workstations fail to update virus definition with consule
we just renewed the maintenance
anything i have to do with maintenance ( re-enter the new key?)
i cannot remember what i did last year
in past years, nothing i have to do.

Hi TWONG,
What version of Policy Manager and F-Secure client you are using?
You may also check if all these workstations are able to connect to the Policy Manager Server. And also, on the workstation > F-Secure software > Settings > Other settings > Automatic updates, are you getting the right Policy Manager address?

Problem not solved.
the workstations can update with the Policy Manger since May 2014 but only the FIRST copy of definition from F-secure after reset
Policy Manager shows continual update with F-secure but workstations do not update with Policy Manager further
Now I have to manually reset Policy Manager for every few days. But it seems it is not a permanent solution.
