Based on threads and directions from F-S techs I found here on this forum regarding a problem with PSB 10 throwing spam header information into the body of some Outlook 2010 emails, I contacted tech support via the email link herein, including the fsdiag file, over a week ago.
After hearing nothing but the autoresponder, I sent a follow-up message yesterday morning about 6AM CT, referencing the ticket number and indicating that I've heard nothing for a week. I still have had no response.
Is this typical?
