PM upgrade from 11 to 11.20 will corrupt db and give error 503
Hi
Any good ideas why PM upgrade from 11 to 11.20 will corrupt db and give error 503? Only solution seems to be db recovery tool? Tested to go back to 11 and do the upgrade again with same result. The problem is now fixed but for the future it would be nice to know what caused the problem.

Was it so that you were able to reproduce this using the original database? In that case it sounds like the original database was already in rather bad condition, and resulted corrupted database after finishing the upgrade.
However, in order to investigate the reason, I would suggest you to contact our support and provide fsdiag diagnostic file from following link:

Yes, it can be reproduced with orginal database. The problem was at a customer site, so I think he is pleased at the moment. No further action is requirerd. Thanks for the info
