SMTP blocked / Application can't e-mail

I have a problem with F-Secure Policy Manager 11.20 and Client Security 11.51.
I have an application called Timesheet, it’s for our employees to send their working hours through mail.
The applications itself has an email function to send that working hours to our finance department.
The problem now is, that F-Secure is blocking the SMTP route to send that email from the application.
I tried to add the hole application as exclude from real time scanning/manual scanning/ email scanning and disabling outgoing e-mail scan, but no luck.
The only thing that works is, is if I disable the SMTP protocol to scan the outgoing emails.
In policy Manager > Advanced mode > F-Secure Anti-Virus 9.51 > Settings for Email Scanning > Scanning Options > Protocols > SMTP > if I set the SMTP port on 0 is will email from the application called Timesheet.
If I put it back to port 25, the application then failed to send an email.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

We'll need the debug logs form affected client(s) to find out the reason of such behaviour. Please, contact support.

I already have a ticket open at the contact support.
How can i export the client debug logs?
Please let me know so i can send that out.
