Communication between Linux client and Policy Manager

Hallo!

 

Installing linux agents was done and everything usually occurred, the client appears in the policy manager but it seems that has a communication is not happening correctly.

 

 

 

made a test with a test virus and is usually alerted to the policy manager

 

however according to the image it does not update the information update.
