Mangement server is already locked

Hello!

 

I cannot access F-Secure management console because I got the error message below:

Management server is already locked.

 

Can I unlock it somehow?

This means that you already have a strated instance of Policy Manager Console. If you want to resolve this you either use the other instance of the console or you can stop and start the Management server services which will unlock it.
