checked in the action which is apparently the application is blocking Controll

2014-09-17T08: 08: 35-03: 00, info, appl control, C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Skype \ Phone \ Skype.exe, deny, send, 17,111.221.74.39,40001

    Hi Piassa,

With regards to your question, you may select the option 'Allow' in the Application Control for this Skype exe file so that it can connect through and is allowed.

Just open F-Secure > go to Application control in settings . In the list of applications, choose Skype and click on Details > Click on Allow by changing the Deny option on outbound client connection.

    Hi Piassa,

If  you have different versions installed, then if they have different installation paths, then you have to allow them seperately. It is needed to allow all if there are several entries of the application of different versions.

    Hello Laksh,

I found that the problem is not only with skype, what is happening after that implement f-secure environment in the webcam stopped working, as if he would remove the drivers / software configuration.

The article below talks about something related to this virus, it has something to do?

Unfortunately it is not generated alert or information in order to verify some action.log blocking the process of deleting the infected file or similiar.

Is there any tool, how to validate if the antivirus is doing this lock or something?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
