FSCS not pulling updates from FSPMS

I have a FSPMS 10.40 installed on a Centos 6.x box, runs perfeclty, pulls updates from root servers, central management works _without flaw_, except that all my FSCS clients (v11.6) are for some reason updating directly from root servers, not from the FSPMS.

Since central management is working, the fsaua on the server does the job too (FSPMS seems to be up to date), I think the clients should pull the updates from FSPMS, but still......

Any ideas?

Istvan Prosinger

Could you try to reset the databases on your PMS?

Also the latest version 10.43 helps resolving some issues of the same nature. Give it a try.

    Thanks for the answer.

As I noted, central management works fine  - was going to tell that the clients do connect to the PM

    Dear clouseau,

Do let us know the result once you have updated it to the latest one so we would be able to assist you further if needed.

    Thanks,

Will do. I need a few days to se on the gateway statistics if the clients pulled the update from root or from the FSPMS

So far, so good. I read signifficantly lower traffix on the proxy server from the clients towards the f-secure root servers, which would mean that they update from the FSPMS now.
