In fact, I had opened a ticket[1-XXXXXXXXX] in F-secure support website, but I found that F-secure couldn't receive my reply emails, and keep saying they never receive my replies. I then made a phone call to the support but their solutions didn't solve the problem, that's why I decided to post here and see if someone could help me out.
Since 22 Oct, our MSG tagged all incoming and outgoing emails as spam suddently, I thought that's our MSG problem, so I reinstalled the MSG but didn't work. F-secure support said it's the MLX engine causing the problem and suggested us to "Report" emails in the Quarantine folder before releasing to the end user, We have reported more than 10000 emails to F-secure but the problem remains even I turned off the MLX engine as well.
So what can I do now? The Report & Releasing actions waste a lot of time, it also cause our colleagues delay to receive their emails. As you can see the problem persists more than 1 month, so I really need a urgent solution.
In the meantime, If F-secure support thinks that I should not post here, but pls understand that it's because our emails cannot be delivered to you. I really don't why you couldn't receive our email, but we can receive yours.
