F-Secure PSB Server Security 10.00 build 152 (Event 1)

We are getting a lot of Events listed on our Application Server which makes the server go not responding and we have to reboot the server to get it back. The event is as follows:

Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: MBMSYDSVR12.mbmpl.local
Description:
The description for Event ID 1 from source F-Secure Gatekeeper cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\HarddiskVolume2\ProgramData\Microsoft\Group Policy\History\{9E...Printers.xml

The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file

 

It has happened 3 times in a couple of weeks. Do we need to reinstall F-Secure on the server or is there a known issue and a patch available for this?

    Hello,

     

    This error is usually an indication of deadlock between the F-Secure Gatekeeper and the OS (in other word, the scanning is hanging). 

     

    As this error might have different origins, please  contact our support so that we can get a better look at the problem.
