Actually Symantec-Norton lost a lot of customers when they made their programs multi-functional or swiss army knife like. That because of excessive resource use and complications.
Similarly, KL programs are having many problems lately, because their current KIS 2015 and KES10 products are too multi-functional, they want to provide for everything IT under one brand name, but compatibility problems and bugs crush them more and more.
It is better to do one thing well, than a jack of all trades, master of none. Defragmenting is not an info-security task.
