Deepguard blocks all App-V 5 applications

I am using f-secure deepguard enbled.

When the deepguards enhanced process monitoring is enabled I am unable use any App-V 5 packaged programs. If I disable enhanced process monitoring App-V 5 programs opens normally.

There were some hints for App-V 4 to add sfftray.exe to some whitelist. In App-V 5 there is no more one exe file that launches virtaul application.

Is there any workaround? I don't want to disable enhanced process monitoring.

Our Geepgaurd team is currently working on a fix for the issue with App-V which sounds similar to yours. The fix will be released through the channel in a short time, and hopefully will help to resolve your issue as well.

As a workaround, disabling advanced process monitoring of course helps, but it also disables the protection from all processes. A better way would be to just add an exclusion for the individual applications that are having trouble.
