No response from F-Secure virus lab?

I do wish to receive response about file sample cases ID 73236 and 73759.

 

(These appear to be stuck in processing within the F-SAS webportal since februar 2nd and 13th, respectively.)

Hello Tamas,

 

Unfortunately our lab couldn't trace any submissions from you on the given dates. Other submissions for February can however be traced. This was most likely a temporary issue.

 

Could you try and resubmit the samples?
