Centralized software updates

Hi,
Anybody assist us to configure the client to update from centralized location? I don't want all my clients to get update from internet. The patches should get download in a centralized location and then push to clients.

"Policy manager provides to the clients only a database with the list of available updates. Updates themselves are downloaded by end-points."
