Remote uninstalling F-Secure without installer

Is there any workaround to trigger uninstalling F-secure AV from Policy Management Console, 11.30 while specific installation package is not available in the installation package repository?

User left company along with his PC and is not entiled to use the software on now personal device. For that reason I do not have physical access the workstation to execute the uninstallTool.

We converted all the worksation few years ago to Client Security and since I removed all the unnecessary software installers , somehow this particular PC with Antivirus for Windows 9.00 recently autoregistered.

Any advice and recommendation will be highly apprciated

The setting you mentioned is correct. And it is possible to set it as final:

If I am not mistaken, workstation removed from local PM listing can still pull updates directly off f-secure.com for as long as the specific version of AV is supported by your company.

If you are referring to

1. in Anti-virus mode Settings->Centralized management->Policy Manager Seerver settings

2 in Advanced mode Policy management settings, section F-Secure Management Agent->Setttings->Communications->Protocols-HTTP->Management Server Address,

None of the above setting gives me an option to set it to Final.

Is there any other PMC setting I missed?

Hello Andrzej,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to uninstall F-Secure AV product from PMC without installation package.

If you do not want to have this machine in your PM, the workaround is to change the Management Server Address for this machine with final flag turned on.
