F-Secure Policy Manager - High CPU usage on the server

We've been experiencing high CPU usage on the server running FPM. And its from the Java part of the FPM.

As you can see from our Nagios monitoring its been going on for over 3 hours... Usually a reboot clears it up, but it resumes at a later stage.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Hello,

Is there any chance to "de-caffeinate" FSPM in the foreseeable future? The use of Java and the Java-based H2 DB are big burden, both because of the heavy CPU and storage loads exerted and the poor PR reputation JAVA technology "enjoys". Generally, IT people like to avoid Java if possible.

What version of Policy Manager do you have? The latest version is 11.31. I would recommend to upgrade, if you don't have the latest one. If you do, please, contact support. We'll need additional information about your machine for investigation.
