Proxy configuration for FSAUA not working

Hi there,

 

I needed to use an Proxy with Username and Password  (AVM KEN) for the FSAUA, in the config I wrote it like this:

http_proxies=http://server:xxxx@192.168.102.111:3128/

After I restarted the server I still get errors while checking the update server of F-secure.

 

The logfile says:

[ 6372]Wed Dec 28 15:36:06 2011(2): Connecting to fsbwserver.f-secure.com (no BW proxy, http://server:<password>@192.168.102.111:3128/)...
[ 6372]Wed Dec 28 15:36:06 2011(3): Update check failed. There was an error connecting fsbwserver.f-secure.com via http proxy http://server:<password>@192.168.102.111:3128/ (Connection failed)
[ 6372]Wed Dec 28 15:36:06 2011(2): Connecting to fsbwserver.f-secure.com (no BW proxy, no HTTP proxy)...
[ 6372]Wed Dec 28 15:36:06 2011(3): Update check failed. There was an error connecting fsbwserver.f-secure.com (Connection failed)

 

Where is the error?

    Hi,

    what product are you configuring?

    What OS are you using?

     

    What is the proxy running on?

    What firewall is running on that machine?
