slow update client 11.61

I started a process of windows clients version update to version 11.61, but the server is taking too long to update clients from version 11.60 to 11.61 he gets the process there many days and with little return.

did AUA reset process and he returned the answer faster sooner then slowly returned.

 

there somewhere I can assess the reason for the slowness or some log to see?
