f secure a connection with the server cannot be established

can someone help please.

we faced this issue.

 

 

 

 

any idea how to fix this. i have been searching around but no clue so far.

This issue can be caused by almost anything. My sugests:

1. Verify the F-Secure Services (check if they are up, watch if F-Secure Policy Manager Service is in execution);

2. Verify if you dont have any other services using the ports 90, 9090, 9091;

3. Check the database (use the database recovery tool);
