Client security upgrade price: double price increase.

We are happy users since 2010.

 

Just get the upgrade offer for the next year from our distributor, and they offered the upgrade at list price (we have already payed the list price when bought the product, and after payed upgrade price each year) .

 

This is 100% price increase for us. They claim that this is correct, and they gave us lower price last years by mistake.

 

Is this correct?

 

If yes, may I kindly ask the community to give us some alternative virus protection on reasonable price. Not trolling.

    Sorry to hear about your upgrade price issue! However, you can check this webpage and try to look for a different reseller for a different quotation.
