Block domain and release specific link

I need to let the youtube.com domain blocked, but I need one in specific video becomes available.

for example:

 

I need to let the Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaNSy_uFdug
released.

 

Video link is just for example, I took the first one opened.


already I tried to leave Trusted full link but does not.

    Hi Esin,

     

    It might not be possible to allow only one specific page under Youtube to be available. After you block the domain www.youtube.com, you cannot whitelist a specific page under the domain.
