F-Secure with Comvault

We are using F-Secure on our Fileserver and Comvault to archive the windows files. Now i have the problem when i open a archived file the F-Secure Gate Keeper brings an Error an the fileserver is not resonding. After a restart everything works, until somebody will open an archived file again. Did somebody have a idea.

Hello,

if I make a exclusion it will work normally, but than no archived File will be scanned. The support told me that the archived Software has a problem with the the virus scanner.

Maybe setting exclusions will help:

If not, please run the built-in F-Secure "Support Tool" on the problemful computer. Send the "FSdiag.tar.gz" or .zip output file to the local partner, where you purchased the software licence. They will arrange with F-Secure Corp. to have the problem investigated by partner support services.
