How do I install F-Secure Security Platfor 9.10 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS?
I'm installing F-Secure AV as part of a new installation of Lsoft LISTSERV software on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Following Lsoft documentation and the F-Secure release notes I unpack the tarball and run "./f-secure-linux-security-9.10.886 --command-line-only" with the following output:
: s64 370#; ./f-secure-linux-security-9.10.886 --command-line-only

Did I download the wrong installation package? Do I have to abandon my Ubuntu server and start all over with an RPM-based distribution (lots of work wasted)? Willing to accept a friendly tap with a clue-stick. Thanks,

Stand by, I overlooked the link to this page in the release notes first time through
Where I found the following:
Ubuntu 8.04 Server, Ubuntu 10.04, Ubuntu 10.10:
sudo apt-get install rpm libc6-dev patch linux-libc-dev make gcc
Nevermind....
