Dear F-Secure,
Please explain and if necessary, correct this weird phenomenon?
Thanks in advance, Yours Sincerely: Tamas Feher, 2F 2000 Kft., Hungary.

Dear Ben,Thanks for the quick response! Our local supporting partner says the unwarranted renewal warning pop-up, seen by the end user, was related to the mistaken sales administration of two PSB add-on orders. These weren't recorded as add-ons in the F-Secure backoffice system and also had incorrect validity dates set. This problemhas been remedied in the while.
Hopefully the warning s won't re-occur and the local partner thinks the incident could now be closed.Yours Sincerely: Tamas Feher, Hungary.
Dear Ben,
We are still waiting for an Fsdiag submission from the affected customer.
Best Regards: Tamas Feher, 2F 2000 Kft., Hungary.
Hello Tamas,
It looks like the fsdiag for one of the affected machine is missing in the mentioned case.
Could you send it so that the agent investigating will have all the information already in the case?
The related F-Secure support case ID is XXXXXXX.
Yours Sincerely: Tamas Feher, 2F 2000 Kft., Hungary.
EDIT:REMOVED PII
I have sent an e-mail to XXXXXXXX@f-secure.com
EDIT:REMOVED DEDICATED EMAIL ADDRESS
We would need more information to investigate this behavior. Please proceed to open a support ticket with fsdiag.
Could it be that there was some F-Secure home product(SAFE or FSIS) before hand on this machine?
