Error 7043

Hi!

F-Secure 12.00.648 (Client Security). Windows 7 x64 SP1.

Not checked every device, but at least on 4 devices checked we see in Windows system events log "Error Service Control Manager 7043 The F-Secure Anti-Virus Firewall Daemon service did not shut down properly after receiving a preshutdown control.". Seems to started after upgrade 11 to 12.

Hello Alfa,

 

This is a known issue, which doesn't have any real effects. It could happen on some machines during the process of restart or shutdown. We will fix it in future releases.
