I opend a ticket and the technical just answered put all folder in exception.

Please exclude the whole HP Tool folder from "Real-time scanning" to help on the issue:
PM -> F-Secure Anti-Virus -> Settings -> Settings for Real-Time Protection -> Scanning Options -> File Scanning -> Inclusions and Exclusions -> Excluded Objects

So I can assume its official answer from F-Secure, if we dont detect the issue, just put all folder to exception, so you can put all drive C into exception, its more easier and the customer dont have any kind of performance issue caused by antivirus!

    Hello,

    It's difficult to answer, since you didn't explain what your original problem was? False virus alarms on supposedly innocent files? Slowness when FSAV real-time scanning is active? Incorrect operation of the HP software when when FSAV real-time scanning is active, etc.?

    I opened the ticket:

    Number: xxxxx
    Created: 2015-11-11
    Subject: F-Secure block in realtime (FSGKHS) the HP Tools and dont have any alert

    Where send to F-Secure all information, where inform when try use HP Tools to update a desktop, he dont show any alert, just cant update the system. When stop the real-time, the HP Tool start get update.

    Also verified, when stop the FSGKHS service, the update works normally, and F-Secure dont get any alert.

    For my surprise, F-Secure tell to put all HP folder in exception, so based in this decision, if you have any system/file/database where have any issue or even performance issue, just put all folder in exception, where will solve your problem.

    This answer real bother me, because its show lack of concern to security. The technician dont even ask to send the files to Sample Analysis.

    Best Regards,
