Client machines won't update the policy management server while trying to move to new server
I have a 2003 server box that I'm trying to remove from the domain and it has Version 12.00.67239 as does the new 2012 server. I change the Policy Managment Server under Centralized management and distribute the policy. I go to my client machine and click Check now for a new policy but right above the Management server doesn't chance to the new server. I will note that the field is an IP address. Is there a way to force that change across the users?

I did that but when I force the check the ip address stays the same no matter how many times I update the policy. Clients are running 11.60.

The Policy Manger server field was allowing the user to edit this field, even though they wouldn't. I found that if I locked this setting the policy pushed correctly and systems are updating correctly. I wanted to update this for anyone else having this issue.
