Application sending email automatically

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I tried to search without luck! 

 

 

How do I modify my Client Security policy, via PM, so that users are prompted when an application tries to send an email on their behalf - the emails are generated by our shipping software which sends an email using the client machines Outlook.

    Hello,

     

    I think FSAVCS doesn't monitor the proprietary protocol and TCP port which is used for communication between the Office Outlook software and the Microsoft Exchange Server.
