Re-Activating F-Secure Policy Manager Console Registration

Hello all,

 

I have recently taken over the admin of an FS11 Policy Manager server.  The software was installed some time ago and as part of a POC and has never been validated.  

 

I should point out that there is NO INTERNET connection to the domain.

 

I would like to register the Management console now, but whenever I open it I only get the option to validate now (via the internet), which is not possible.

 

Is there any way to enter my customer number in an off-line environment, similar to the trial period? and license the console?

 

I don't want to loose any set-up that was created as part of the proof of concept, so I want to avoid re-installing.

Yes, but you need to contact F-Secure technical support service directly, because the method is not publicized.
