F-Secure SSH Client 5.4 errors trying to connect with a proxy Server

The F-Secure SSH File transfer GUI is configured to use our proxy.  We can succesfully transfer files using this interface.  However, this process needs to be automated, so we are attempting to use SCP2.  We have tried SCP2 with each the following argument  formats in every combination

-o "SocksServer=socks://{hostname}"

-o "SocksServer=socks://{hostnameSmiley Tongueort}"

-o "SocksServer=socks://{hostname#port}"

-o "SocksServer={hostname}"

-o "SocksServer={hostnameSmiley Tongueort}"

-o "SocksServer={hostname#port}"

-o "UseSocks5=Yes"

-o "BatchMode=Yes"

plus several other SSH options (including proxycommand)  that generated a Warning: Unrecognized configuration parameter {option}

Regardless of the options we receive:
scp2: FATAL: No address associated to the name

This error is not in the error codes in the documentation

We cannot ping the destination host outside our firewall by hostname.  However, the GUI still finds it

Can someone please provide the correct syntax to use SCP2 through a proxy server?

    Hi MarkAT,

    F-Secure SSH is an unsupported product. You may refer to the links here and here which provides more information.
