FPMC: Periodic failure downloading updates from fsbwserver.f-secure.com

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing an issue downloading updates from the FPMC server.

We are running version 12 and while using the F-Secure Automatic Update Agent it fails to connect to fsbwserver.f-secure.com. I've had a look through the log and it does connect sometimes but not consistantly. I've tried two different proxy servers (different brands etc..) and still get the same error. It seems to have started around 6am Monday morning.

Any ideas?

Hello,

It could be that some of the updates servers addresses are block at firewall level.

Could you make sure all of them are allow with this article?
