After attempting to access a secured site which I had loggedinto prior without issue, I began receiving this message from Firefox and Internet Explorer

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to problemdomain.com:2083. Peer received a valid certificate, but access was denied. Error code: SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

After much troubleshooting with a tracert, web host attempting troubleshooting on their end, adding exclusions to our Sonicwall router, updating firmware, clearing cache, exceptions added to the browsers..no resolve.  The solution was solved by going into PSB version 10.55 build 33 and under SETTINGS|INTERNET|BROWSING PROTECTION|TRUSTED SITES| then adding the problematic web page which also included the login for our Sonicwall device, all was resolved.  This occurred under both Windows 10 and Windows 7

Hope this helps others with the same error message.

Anthony
