Problem with scan operations managed by policy manager console 12
We have a problem with a feature of Fsecure Policy Console 12 - when we try to start a antivirus scan on a managed client , this operation does not start on the client and , on the policy console , we see a message indicating that the operation is still in progress.
On the client , opening log registry file , we see the message:
F-Secure Management Agent 220.127.116.11.4.1.218.104.22.168
F-Secure Management Agent failed in an internal operation. Setting the policy variable 22.214.171.124.4.1.2126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52 (error=-505) was not successful. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.
In the policy console, we see that policy variable 184.108.40.206.4.1.2220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168 is referred to excluded objects list but we cannot understand how to solve the problem - we have tried to disable / modify Exclude objects list but we have still the problem
