I have been upgrading systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and the CSP client 11.61 seems to function normal post upgrade. I just installed a new system with W10 and tried to put this client. Is 11.61 compatable with a clean install of 10?
Hi,
You need contact with your reseller (who sold the F-Secure to you) and send to him your old license (where have the version 11.60 - Its a PDF file where have all information about your product, such as you company name, who sold to you the F-Secure, number of licenses, etc) and he will check your information and regenerate the new license and send to you.
If you dont bought F-Secure by reseller, my suggest is contact directly F-Secure and do the same step:
- Send to F-Secure your "old" license and ask for the new license.

Great! How do I get it? I have sent emails to sales with cust info, but nothing...Is F-Secure still a live product? If so, why doesn't someone from sales reach out to me?Clay Goss, Aquaflow Pump and Supplyxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx@xxx.com
EDIT: Removed Personal Identification Information
To Windows 10, its recommended uses CS 12.10 instead CS 11.xx, because the CS11.xx into Windows 10 its not approved by F-Secure:
Supported plataforms for Client Security 11.xx:
Operating systems
Supported plataforms for Client Security 12.10:
If the Windows shows BSOD or anything same, the F-Secure will not give any support because its not approved. So its really recommended you update to 12.10.
