F-Secure policy manger 12.10 not displaying connected clients

Hi All,

 

I've just installed F-Secure policy manger 12.10 but it took ages to create interface and login on for the first time.other issue is clients are not connecting to the policy manager.Is it common issue?so,i installed the previous version(version 12) again and everything is back to normal.

make sure that your https port is open (and not reserved to anything else).
