I have a week delay for the scanning reports on my servers.
Or the scanninh has stopped?
Can you check from client side User Interface the presence of fresh scanning report?
We need to figure out first is the problem with starting a scan or with delivering a scan report to PM Console.

I am using verzion 12.00.67239
I recieve policy's but my scanning report have scanned the last time at 1-7-2016
Some host not and are scanned last at 5-7-2016
Do you now a setting or a caus?
Maybee a reboot? Host or F-secure server?

You provided too little information.
What F-Secure product/version do you have on your servers?
What kind of scanning are you mentioning? Anti-Virus scanning, Exchange mail scanning?
You are missing reports in Policy Manager Console, or in Web Console?
