PROBLEM INSTALLING FSPMS [MANAGER SERVER]

I´m intalling in a RED HAT 6.1 server the following files

    fspmaua-8.36.75-1.i386.rpm

    fspms-12.10.76372-1.i386.rpm

    fspmc-12.10.76372-1.i386.rpm

 

 The first one without problem you can see the status oK

      [root@     ]# /etc/init.d/fsaua status

      Checking F-Secure Automatic Update Agent:                  [  OK  ]

 

The second one :

   [root@ ]# rpm -i fspms-12.10.76372-1.i386.rpm

   error: %pre(f-secure-policy-manager-server-12.10.76372-1.i386) scriptlet failed, exit status 6

   error:   install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping f-secure-policy-manager-server-12.10.76372-1

 

What can I do?

sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Could you try the recently published 12.20?

 

If the problem persists, please open a support ticket including an fsdiag so we can look better into the problem.
