CSPR 12.00 network quarantine

Hi!

I have a couple of virtual machines, where I test various programs.

They are usually turned off for long periods of time.

I've set network quarantine for computers that has virus definitions 14 days or older.

When I fire up the virtual machines, they upgrade their virus definitions. When I open the CSPR console, it's all green and says "Your computer is protected". However, I still cannot access network.

On both computers, the small F icon on notification area says, that network connection is restricted, and the virus definition are old. For win8.1 VM it says that definitions are 97days old, and win10 VM it says definitions are 1 day old (which shouldnt trigger quarantine).

It just needed good 5mins to recover... However, it'd be nice if the information on console and icon would be the same.
