Problems installing PM 12.10 on Windows 2008 R2 server - need admin rights

So.

 

Finally updating to 12.10 from 12.00. But getting problems.

 

Always getting the "You need admin rights" message, even if running "Run as administrator" on the Administrator account.

 

Tried to remove the 12.00, restarted, nothing seems to help.

 

So checked the requirements, it don't seems to run in a Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter server.

 

OK, trying to install on a 2008 R2 Enterprice server, but getting the same error "Need admin rights".

 

So where/what can i try next?

 

As I removed the 12.00 PM, we don't have anything at the moment.
